Commercial Terms of Trade

On approval of credit application our terms and conditions of trade are:

1. Full payment of the account/s is, unless otherwise specified, due by the 20th of the month following date of account.
2. 2% per month will be charged on all outstanding amounts.
3. Any costs incurred by Franklin Vets in the collection of the account holders overdue amounts is payable by the authorised signatory.
4. Retention of Title : Any goods supplied by Franklin Vets to the applicant shall remain the property of Franklin Vet until all debts owing by the applicant have been paid in full.  Franklin Vets reserves the right to enter any premises to recover goods supplied.
