It is well known that the liver damage associated with clinical cases of facial eczema leads to high production losses. Subclinical disease will also cause production losses; however these animals will appear healthy with no visible signs of the disease.  

Spore counts can vary dramatically between farms and even between paddocks.  If you have any concerns just bring in an ice cream container full of grass (no soil/roots) and we will do a spore count and get the results to you, normally on the same day.
