Customer Services - Papakura

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our busy Papakura clinic with flexibility to also cover shifts at our Karaka and Beachlands clinics. If you excel at delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a caring team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with variable hours, so flexibility is essential. You’ll need to be available for both weekdays and weekends, and able to cover leave and absences when required.

As the first point of contact for our clients, your welcoming manner and attention to detail will help shape their experience. You’ll work alongside a large, supportive team of veterinarians, nurses, and customer service professionals committed to providing the highest standard of veterinary care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries
• Retail Stock Management including ordering, receipting, merchandising and regular stocktaking.
• Managing retail sales and providing product advice

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, organised, and committed to outstanding service. While an animal care background is a bonus, we’re primarily looking for someone with proven Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
