Pet Newsletter June 2026
Date: 1 Jun 2026
Hello everyone!
Our June newsletter includes some pics of us out supporting our communities, a reminder to let us know if you are running late, some great case studies of patients we have seen across the practice, and a timely reminder about what to do when you find a lump on your pet.
Supporting our communities
We love supporting the communities we live and work in, and we’ve sponsored a few events in the last month. This included a quiz to raise funds for the Pukekohe Maternity Hospital Birthing Unit, the Totara Hospice Walk2Remember & a pit rim walk around the Martha Mine in Waihi, where we had a BBQ to raise funds for Waihi Town Cats. Check out the pics throughout the newsletter.
Running late?
If you’re running even a few minutes late, please give us a call so we can let you know if we’re still able to see you. Our appointments are 20 minutes long, so even a small delay can impact the next patient.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep everyone on time. Our friendly Customer Service teams will always do their best to fit you in where possible, but this can be tricky when we’re fully booked.
In this update:
- What’s that lump?
- Hendrix’s story - why preventative health checks matter
- How to explain…?
Thank you for your ongoing support – it means a great deal to us.
Take care out there, & enjoy the read.
Regards
The team at Franklin Vets.
