Hello everyone!
Our May newsletter includes an update on our use of AI, along with some great case studies of patients we have seen across the practice.
Using AI in veterinary consults
We have been trialling CoVet, an AI audio recording tool, in several of our consultation rooms across the practice. It's been a success for several reasons: more time for our vets to focus on your pets, less time typing, and the ability to produce a comprehensive set of notes for your reference, which we can email after the consult.
Given the success, we expect to roll this tool out to more clinics in the coming months. Your privacy is important to us, and we're confident the technology is secure and confidential. Your vet will let you know if AI is being used in the consult, and you have the choice to say no at any time.
