David graduated from Liverpool University in 2010, having completed a final year elective in farm animal practice with a focus on dairy. He spent his first years working in the UK in mixed practice in Wales and the Lake District, and then came to New Zealand to work for Franklin Vets in 2012. David is a member of the cattle chapter of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists and has a professional interest in herd health, data analysis and mastitis.

Outside of work, David’s time is mainly spent with his young family.
