Inventory Coordinator (Fixed Term)

Franklin Vets is a progressive mixed-animal veterinary practice focused on making a positive difference in the lives of our clients and their animals.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive team player to join our friendly support office team in a key inventory support role. This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover, offering a unique opportunity to get involved in a vital part of our business providing inventory support to 20 clinics, including The Vet Centre in Northland.

About the Job

In this role, you’ll work closely with our clinic teams and report to the Inventory Manager, supporting the smooth operation of our inventory systems across the practice. This ensures our clinics have the necessary stock and equipment to provide the very best veterinary care.

Your day-to-day will include:

Database maintenance and assisting with the development of inventory systems.
Assisting with procurement and ordering of stock and equipment
Supporting stocktake processes and overseeing rolling stocktake procedures
Taking part in inventory-based projects and retail product management
Picking and coordinating internal stock transfers and delivery logistics.
