Customer Services - Beachlands

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills who can work at our Beachlands clinic on a part time basis.

About the Job

Our customer service team are the first point of contact for our clients. You will be working as part of a caring team of veterinarians, nurses and customer service support who are committed to providing a very high standard of veterinary care. 

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• General Customer Service and Reception duties - answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing customer requests
• Stock management - unpacking orders and restocking shelves, checking expiry dates
• Retail Sales
• General administration tasks.

About You

If you like a challenge, have great initiative and exceptional organisation skills then this is the job for you. While an animal care background would be an advantage, what’s more important is your: 

• Warm, friendly, and caring manner
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
• Willingness to learn.

We need someone who is highly flexible and available to work both weekends and weekdays, who can also provide cover for leave and absences within the team.
