Customer Service - Thames

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and skilled customer service professional to join our Kopu clinic team on a temporary basis. This part-time position offers an opportunity for six months to fill in for maternity leave, requiring availability for three days each week, from 8am to 5pm.

About the Job

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will join a dedicated team that includes veterinarians, vet nurses, vet techs and customer services support, all committed to delivering a high standard of veterinary care.

Reporting to the Branch Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of customer service tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer requests
• Stock management - unpacking orders and restocking shelves
• Retail Sales.

If you thrive on challenges, have great initiative and outstanding organisation abilities, this is the job for you. While having a farming background and familiarity with large animal and equine products and services is beneficial, what’s more important is your:

• Approachable, friendly, and caring manner
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively prioritise and juggle various responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
• Willingness to learn.

We need people who are flexible and available to work weekdays as well as Saturdays during Spring, who can also step in to cover team leave and absences.
